Plans and billing
SysCraft plans are assigned to organizations rather than to individual user accounts. Members inherit the capabilities of the organization they are working in. A plan purchased for one organization does not automatically apply to another organization owned by the same user.
SysCraft uses Paddle as its payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle presents the final price, applicable taxes, payment method, renewal terms, and any prorated amount before a payment or subscription change is confirmed.
Who can manage billing
Only the owner of an organization can start checkout or manage that organization's subscription. Being a member, editor, administrator, or invited collaborator does not by itself authorize a user to buy, cancel, or change the organization's plan.
This prevents a member from changing or paying for an organization that belongs to somebody else.
What a paid editor seat means
A paid editor seat is required for a member who can edit organization content. View-only members do not consume paid editor seats.
The selected quantity is the editor capacity purchased for that organization. Before reducing the quantity, make sure the organization will not have more active editors than the new seat count.
Billing period
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew once per year and show an equivalent monthly price for comparison. Paddle displays the amount charged for the complete billing period before confirmation.
Changing seats or plans during a billing period may create a prorated charge or credit. The Paddle review screen is the authoritative preview of the amount and effective date. If a required change is not available in the self-service billing portal, contact SysCraft support.
