Managing a subscription
Open Profile → Tariff plans and select an organization that you own. The page shows the current plan and, when available, the paid editor-seat quantity, billing period, subscription status, and next billing date.
Members who do not own the organization inherit its plan but cannot manage its billing.
Renewals
A subscription renews automatically until it is canceled. Paddle charges the saved payment method according to the monthly or annual billing period and sends billing notifications to the customer contact.
Changing the number of seats
Use Manage billing in Paddle for a supported quantity change. Paddle shows any immediate prorated charge or credit before the change is confirmed.
Before reducing seats, remove or change the role of editors who will no longer occupy paid seats. A quantity must not be lower than the number of editors who need paid access.
If the required quantity or price band is not offered in the portal, contact support rather than starting a second subscription for the same organization.
Upgrading or changing a plan
Review the target plan and editor quantity before confirming a change. Depending on the subscription state, SysCraft may direct the owner to Paddle or ask the owner to contact support. Paddle's review screen shows the effective date and any prorated amount.
Do not create a second subscription for an organization that already has an active paid subscription unless support specifically asks you to do so.
Failed renewal payments
When a renewal payment fails, Paddle can mark the subscription as past due and retry the payment. Paid access may remain available temporarily during this recovery period.
If recovery succeeds, the subscription returns to its active state. If recovery is exhausted and the subscription is paused or canceled, the organization moves to the Free (Basic) plan. Its content is retained as described in What happens to data above Free limits.
Returning after cancellation
A canceled Paddle subscription cannot be reinstated. To return to a paid plan, the organization owner starts a new subscription for the organization.
