Buying a plan

Choosing a plan on the Pricing page does not charge anything. Payment starts only after the organization owner reviews the selection and explicitly opens Paddle checkout.

Checkout flow

1. Sign in to SysCraft.
2. Open Pricing or Profile → Tariff plans.
3. Select an organization that you own.
4. Choose Team or Scale.
5. Select monthly or annual billing.
6. Set the number of paid editor seats.
7. Review the selected plan, organization, seat quantity, and billing period.
8. Open Paddle checkout.
9. Review the final price, taxes, renewal terms, and payment method in Paddle.
10. Confirm payment in Paddle.

The plan is activated for the selected organization after SysCraft receives the completed payment event. Activation can take a short time after checkout closes.

Selecting the correct organization

The plan belongs to the organization selected before checkout. Other organizations remain on their existing plans.

Subscription transfers are not available as an instant self-service action. Contact support if a subscription was assigned to the wrong organization. Support verifies ownership and the destination organization before providing a confirmation flow.

Seat-price bands

The price per editor may change at configured volume-discount thresholds. The Pricing page calculates an estimate for the selected quantity. Paddle shows the final amount before payment.

Inside Paddle, quantity changes may be restricted to the price band used to start checkout. Return to SysCraft Pricing if you need to select a quantity in another band.

Taxes and receipts

Paddle calculates applicable sales tax or VAT from the transaction and customer information. The final checkout screen shows tax before payment. Paddle also provides the transaction receipt and billing documents associated with the purchase.

If checkout is closed

Closing Paddle without confirming payment does not activate the plan and does not change the organization. Return to Pricing to review the selection or start checkout again.
